Dr Mitch Munnings completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne, followed by physician training in Melbourne. He then undertook advanced training in endocrinology in both Melbourne and Tasmania, gaining experience across a wide range of endocrine disorders.

He has published research in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences. Dr Munnings is a member of several professional bodies, including the Endocrine Society of Australia, Australian Diabetes Society, American Thyroid Association, and the Endocrine Society (USA), through which he maintains up-to-date clinical knowledge and practice.

He values clear communication and collaborative decision-making, working with patients to help them understand their condition and feel confident in their treatment plan. He welcomes referrals for all areas of endocrinology, with a particular interest in thyroid and adrenal disorders, diabetes technology, osteoporosis, men’s health, and weight management.

Dr Munnings is now consulting at Cranbourne Specialist Centre and is available for GP referrals. We are pleased to welcome him to the team and can assist with timely appointments where required.
