MPsych (Clin) BA/BSc
Julia is a Clinical Psychologist and a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychologists Association. She completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne and has since worked in a variety of public and community health settings.
Julia has a particular experience in working with young people at risk of first episode psychosis at Orygen Youth Health, domestic violence counselling, and most recently in Psycho-oncology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. She provides a holistic psychological assessment and formulation and has a compassionate, strength based approach to help each client overcome their difficulties.
Julia provides a range of evidence based therapies to suit the needs of the client with particular expertise in CBT, ACT, and mindfulness approaches. She enjoys working with people of all ages to address a range of difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment to illness and chronic health conditions.
